Muscular endurance. Endurance is the ability of your muscles to perform contractions for extended periods of time.
Cardiovascular fitness. This helps determine if the heart and lungs are working in coordination. It shows the ability of the body to deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues and to remove wastes.
Flexibility. This checks the ability of the joints in the body to move to their full range of motion.
I try to change my schedule by giving more time on physical activities like playing basketball.
I always have a Normal blood pressure after engaging 2 months of the activity. Playing sports helps me improve my overall physical health. It improves my stamina, my muscle strength, and improve physical fitness and cardiovascular health.
Making an active lifestyle helps us to stay away from disease like cardiovascular diseases. Playing basketball is one of the activity that help me more active but it should be done with moderation. Too much and too less are not good for our health.
I also try to have some quality time with my family like having a vacation.
Having more time with my family improves my sleep duration and makes me stay away from stress specially at work.
