Most of the week I am busy with my studies but I always make sure to have time in taking care of my body.
Here's the sample of my daily schedule throughout the week:
Monday to Friday:
From 7am - 3pm - I study at school and complete my homework
4pm- 5pm - I run throughout the village
5pm - 6pm - I do Sit-ups, push-ups and squats
7pm - I eat dinner and afterwards get ready to sleep.
I always make sure to have 8 hours of sleep everyday to keep myself healthy.
5am- 7am- I do my morning routine and run around the village for 1-2 hours.
4pm onwards- I go to the gym and attend Zumba classes, High intensity interval training, core training and sometimes I attend Muaythai classes.
Whenever I attend Muaythai classes, I feel amazing because not only I'm being physically fit, but I also learned how to defend myself.
On Sundays, I do the same routine on Saturdays or sometimes I rest throughout the day to make sure I'm not exhausted.
With this, I can say that I am busy most of the week by looking at my schedule.
